Certifications


BRC is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked food safety standard covering food safety and management of product quality in food packing and processing operations. The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety provides a framework to manage product safety, integrity, legality and quality, and the operational controls for these criteria in the food and food ingredient manufacturing, processing and packing industry.


Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, or HACCP, is a systematic, science-based approach for the identification, evaluation and control of food safety hazards. Built on the foundation of effective prerequisite programs such as training, pest control and sanitation, HACCP applies control measures to prevent, eliminate or reduce significant hazards to an acceptable level.


Good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are guidelines that provide a system of processes, procedures and documentation to assure a product has the identity, strength, composition, quality and purity that appear on its label.


Organic products have been produced through approved methods and certified in accordance with the NOP (National Organic Program) Standard from the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).



Organic products have been produced through approved methods and certified in accordance to (EC) Regulations 834/2007, 889/2008 and 1235/2008 relative to organic farming in the European Union.

The OU (Orthodox Union) Kosher is the world’s largest and most widely recognized kosher certification agency, The Kosher standard ensures a serious method of traceability and food safety.


Halal certification attests that a product is manufactured in full compliance with the precepts of Islamic Law, that it does not include any “forbidden” components and has in no way been in contact with any substances or objects considered “impure”. This certification serves to guarantee Islamic consumers that their religious precepts have been respected and ensures a high level of hygiene and safety of the product. Agroindustrias Osho is Halal certified by Centro Islamico de Chile that is a recognized Foreign Halal Certification Body in countries with strict Halal regulatory requirements like Malaysia.
