Our oils and butters are pure cold pressed, this is mechanical extracted without the use of chemicals or solvents at low temperatures preserving their essential fatty acids, liposoluble vitamins and unsaponifiable components including tocopherols and phytosterols. In order to protect our cold pressed oils from oxidation during storage, we blanket them with nitrogen.
